Business Registration Division

The Business Registration Division administers, registers and enforces Hawaii laws relating to corporations, partnerships, securities, franchises, and the registration of trade names, trade and service marks.

Business Action Center

The Business Action Center helps Hawaiis entrepreneurs begin their small businesses with information and forms for obtaining a general excise tax license, trade name and employer registration, required permits, and other useful information.

Enterprise Honolulu

Enterprise Honolulu is a private, non-profit organization created to help existing businesses expand and become diverse, new business to grow and succeed, and to create quality jobs on the Island of Oahu.

Maui Chamber of Commerce

The Maui Chamber of Commerce provides business advocacy, marketing and networking opportunities, seminars and training classes, business referrals and resource center.

PBC

The PBC is a program developed as a joint effort of the US Department of Commerce and the University of Hawaii. PBC provides diverse management and technical assistance to entrepreneurs, companies, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations starting-up, revitalizing or expanding private sector business in the Pacific Island communities.
